Players knowing what to do with no TOs is part of clock management. Anyone from the hashes in has to know it’s got to be a 1st or out of bounds standing up.
They also burned a TO earlier in the half. Would have come in handy there.

It should be in Weis’ contract that he cannot go shotgun on 4th and less than a yard.
