They look like a damn good team right now. Honestly, I think they could keep it close with Bama and maybe even win it. Dak is a beast and should be on the heisman watch

We beat them by a few feet of a missed FG.

They should be equally glad they got us early. That game could have been uglier for them.

I was told by many here that State would finish last in the West after we beat them

last week notwithstanding, we're better than we were when we played them too. Harris has a lot more snaps under his belt, and the offensive line (again, think past last week) is more settled and better with Teuhema than it was with Boutte.

so maybe they should be glad too.

They have beaten Missouri Kentucky and auburn early in the year when they were really struggling. Not a bad team but may lose next 3 games

They are better this year than LSU was last year and we took Bama to OT at home. I'd be shocked if it weren't close.

I'd bet money that at least one of those cowbells has been up ole Stingray's arse.

I've been very surprised with State.
They lost so many starters, but they haven't seen much of a drop off. That's pretty amazing considering they've been ranked close to last in the SEC in terms of recruiting in the recent past.
Either Mullen & Team are way better at evaluating talent and making it work for them than the "pros", or Dak is just THAT good.
Probably some of both.
Either way, hats off to them, and I'm definitely rocking a cowbell at my buddies house (in Meridianville AL) this weekend.

Their winning streak has been bolstered by lousy competition. They are not that good. What is their best win this year? Miss St. will not win another regular season game this year. They loose out to Bama, Arky and Ole Miss. Mark my word
