Championship game and I’ll be happy.
We were expecting 7-5 or 8-4 possibly this season. I’ll take an Sec west flag this season right now!! This was a rebuilding year.

Regardless of what happens the rest of the way, this season will go down as one of my favorites.

I remember being giddy over Peach Bowl 2nd half vs Ga Tech in 2000, thinking, this Saban guy is pretty good. Future is bright!
Opened up 13 in country the next year and climbed from there. All kinds of ceiling glass shattered, especially after mom n pop AD previous decades.
2022 Kinda feels like same context in new bottle.

Honestly feel that most rational fans just wanted so see steady improvement from week to week, hopeful for a winning record like you said.. 7-5 or 8-4
Just show us we're moving in the right direction after Ed
So IMO this season is already a MASSIVE success... I honestly didn't expect us to be in the drivers seat for the SEC West title
I would love more, but I'm already excited for the future of Coach Kelly's time here... this staff has already shown me all I need to see... we're playing with house money at this point, so let's ride

Sometimes you don't need yo be the best team in the country. You just need to know how to win. We weren't the best team in the country in 2007 either.

I will not accept a loss to GA. People think this team is good now after the Bama game. I think better of them. I believe we can beat GA by the time we have to play them. This will be an awesome team by SECCG.

I hope our team is focused on Arky and then aTm. Both of them want to steal our souls to salvage their shitty seasons. Both are almost evenly as talented.

While this may not be the most talented team out there, they have become a team, and trust one another. Watch the defense. Even when opposing QBs are scrambling, the DBs are staying with their assignments. They trust the front 4/6/7 to do their job and contain.
Last couple years, that has been the problem with the D. No discipline, no trust in one another, you end up out of position.
OL is doing the same thing now. They trust that the other guy is going to do what he is supposed to do.

Actually, we didn’t immediately climb. We started off 2-2 and were 4-3 going into November. Get definitely got hot late.
