The optimism is there, but to say we can beat ANY team in the nation 6/10 times is a stretch. Just be happy with the progress being made and knowing that the future of this program is in good hands.

Dont get it twisted...it was a great year already by the time we beat Florida...im talking about the team now...we can easily be favoured in all games.

I also expected 7-5 but after the 1st few games I admittedly thought another 500 season. Huge turnaround I did not see happening in year 1. Losing on paper your best defender on the opening drive of the season at a position going in that did not appear to have much depth. An undersized Wingo has playing like a giant. Credit to the kids and staff. Way ahead of schedule.

Buddy, if we win out (knock on wood) and go to the SEC championship game I personally guarantee you that we will likely be around a 10 pt underdog in that game against Georgia. We would probably be underdogs against the likes of Tennessee/Bama as well if we had to play them again.

I agree. By the time we get to the SEC championship game, our Freshman offensive linemen will have an entire year of games under their belt. If we beat Georgia, we can beat anybody in the country this year. The consistent progress that we are seeing with 3 more games to go has me all in for a spectacular end of the season!

Dude.. Georgia is GOOD. They are a fricking juggernaut this year. We got blown out by a team at home that they completely shut down for 4 quarters.
It's possible to still be incredibly proud of this team and the success of this season so far. The fact we are even making it to the SECGG in BK year 1 is nothing short of amazing. But you still have to take off the purple and gold glasses and see what 2022 Georgia is and what 2022 LSU isn't, and simply put that's a national championship team.
