At some point there's no ROI on these deals. It'll settle down after that's realized. I still hate how it's being done now.

I think they just write it off on their taxes anyway.
I’m all for Gordon helping with nil deals but if he’s gonna just help women’s basketball then that would kinda suck, considering we will do fine in that arena just because of who our coach is. Football is where we need help

It’s bc all his money comes from screwing people out of their money via frivolous lawsuits. It costs every single one of us on this board dearly through ultra high insurance premiums at a minimum. God forbid you bump into the charger in front of you at the red light, then you get to see the real cost. Try owning a business-people fall for no damn reason and sue you. They’ll just trip in a wide open parking lot-your fault-pay up, Gordon’s got a bigger plane to buy.
But it’s all good-we get some awesome football players out of it-ones that don’t care about the school or traditions, only the cash. And they’ll help us win a game or two until they fake an injury, opt out of the bowl game and transfer to the next team with an even bigger and dirtier money train.

I agree, the lawyers who make their living off of frivolous lawsuits against insurance companies are scumbags. They are like a leech on society. It’s about as honorable of a profession as a career criminal (pick pockets, burglars, drug dealers, etc)
However, since Gordon is giving back, he is OK in my book. As long as he doesn’t come after me with a frivolous lawsuit.
