I know statistically they are very good, but until now I hadn't paid much attention to who they have played. I am shocked they are getting so much credit for their defense with the schedule they had.

Auburn is likely the best team they have played so far and Auburn had a well above their average game in passing yards. Yes Georgia held their run game very much in check, but relatively speaking Auburn threw very well against the Dogs. In total offense Auburn only ended up for the day less than 100 yards from their average production.

I don't see the Georgia D that has coverage issues being able to stop us.

I say Tigers by 20.

UGA was up 21-0 against Auburn and played a prevent defense in the 4th to give up most of those yards. It might not make a difference, but UGA is not playing prevent against LSU.

Unless you actually watch the game, the numbers don’t tell the entire story

Auburn was forced to throw

Numbers can be deceiving

I do not want to say much about it because transitive property and all that, but Auburn and A&M's offense gave UGA's defense all they could handle. Both those teams could have beaten UGA. With that said, if LSU or Burrow has an off game, it will be a game.

UGA tries to keep the QB in the pocket, play coverage and try to get home with 4. Burrow in the pocket is not a bad thing for LSU.

I think LSU should win.

Only less than 100 yards below their average

That’s pretty dang good by most standards.

Those UGA safeties have played a lot of big game snaps. It will be a nice chess match between them and Burrow.

Seth Williams had 121 rec yards in that game. He is a good receiver but not anywhere close to our top 2. Tigers roll

it wouldn't be a bad idea to mix some in considering how well Joe does on long pass plays

Right. They won't be up 3 scores against LSU.

That's a great outcome for the Georgia defense. You unmade your case.

I think bama is probably better with tua. Bama doesn't lose to aub with tua...as he doesn't throw two pick 6.

It is. We held them 134 below their average while putting up 521 yards. You were more efficient. 21 points with only 251 yards of offense is impressive.

I just think a lot of people feel they haven't been tested like they are going to on Saturday

Burrow will throw for 350+
