Burrow hadn't started 29 games as a QB

What’s your opinion on how well he has been performing in the fall thus far? What about the scrimmage yesterday? Wednesday? What about Kelly praising his quick decision making and management of the offense yesterday?

He is a solid QB.Shows good leadership. I would start him if I had a different roster than LSU has currently has.
We basically still have an air raid makeup on offense. Great WR ,decent RB and a below average to average Oline.
With JD skill set having one good WR is great but we have 4 to 5.
We will run it more it more to fit his skill set of read option and run pass option off that.
That will take away touches from our best playmaker which is the WR.
Just my opinion.

I just can’t see the offense being that different with Nuss or Daniels. Yes Daniels will run more, but it’s not going to be Mike Leach air raid no matter what.

So are you predicting 20-25 carries a game for Daniels if he starts?
Secondly, Les Miles broke each & everyone of you making these type of predictions. Kelly & Denbrock understand where the playmakers are with this squad which is at WR. Not building the offense or game planning to get the ball to the playmakers in space would be them cutting off their nose in spite of their face.

Brandon Harris also has 13/6 in 2015 then 1/2 in 2016 before getting benched.
It can go both ways

See now you trying add shite to make a point.

Those people can’t distinguish between hoping he’s improved and admitting the fact that he had regressed increasingly before he came here. They have never watched him play a single game yet excuse any factual argument with “context” that is not only slanted in one way for effect but comes from complete ignorance of the source which makes it false.
His last 5 games
646 yards, 129.2 ypg
3 TDS
5 ints
58/98, 59.1% completions

It's no different from what you are spewing in every Daniels thread. You said yourself that designed running plays for Daniels would take away opportunities to get the ball in the hands of the receivers. The only way that happens is if Daniels carries the ball with those type of numbers plain & simple. So which is it?

Don’t be ridiculous, how many QBs in SEC history have averaged 25 carries per game? Get a hold of yourself dude.

You are a special type of stupid.

You mean like you fail to realize that ASU was a complete dumpster fire behind the scenes last year?

Top defense in the PAC-10 and a running game that averaged 195 ypg are the facts. Unlike you I’ve actually gone back and watched them play so your attempts at spin aren’t gonna work on me in the slightest.

Excellent post!
Add what you said to the fact they had to limit the offensive play calling as the season progressed because he struggled big time with the across the middle throws.
The mid range throws.
Even when he did complete them sometimes they were to high or to low and the recievers could not keep their momentum going to make a big gain because reach back ,or down, or up to catch the football.
With the short 5 yards and in he was ok.
Long stuff lack touched but he still ok.
Where teams move the football on you and become elite is the mid range passing game.

This thread has turned into a complete circle jerk. Dickheads arguing about who should be playing QB when you have not attended a single practice, and not a single snap has yet been taken in the season. All of you are fricking experts and you know less than my dog.
Push away from the keyboard. Go outside and take a walk. You need air. Have sex with a female, if you have access to one.

He was fine on the dink and dunk throws laterally, not as good between the numbers and on the mid range throws he forced it a lot or bailed and ran. His footwork was bad and that’s something they’ve worked on so apparently he’s made gains there. It’s mostly the detailed portion of the position, bad handoffs, mishandled snaps and things that can be polished by coaching so it’s not to bash him but to be successful in our league and division playing QB is a lot more than how far you can throw and how fast you can run. Joe Burrow’s first year here the stats weren’t overwhelming but you could see he had a full understanding of the organizational part that comes with playing the position. That’s where he’ll have needed to improve most.

Did anyone notice after the Sat practice, BK listed the QBs as Nuss 1 and Daniels 1A. Then he said he expects both to play.
Then in another interview he listed Nuss then Daniels.
It probably doesn't mean anything, just stirring. ;)
