Yeah because you mostly had to sell them in person. With the sites like Seat Geek and Stub Hub it makes much easier for tickets to be scalped.

And honestly its mostly not even people from the area. It's groups nationally that set up bots to snipe tickets and then immediately resell.

There are 2 less sections available for post season. This year it’s 208 and 217. Those season ticket holders get relocated first. So there are about 700 less seats available if those season ticket holders put in for post season request. I imagine most do.

I imagine WV sold their allotment of away game seats. Any seats not sold go back to LSU to sell to donors and coaches of other sports.

Happened to me. I only asked for one right when it opened and they were gone. Not sure I believe they were available. Insane.

And people thought there would be seats available not standing room only because there were less teams this weekend because it's not a regional.

The number of seats doesn’t change between regional and supers for the visiting team(s).

Snagged two SROs on Stubhub for $90 last night. Really not that bad IMO.

DO NOT NEED MORE SEATS. ONLY TIME STADIUM IS FULL IS POST SEASON WITH ALL THE BAND WAGON FANS

You live in a fantasy world.. You have to be one of the grandfathered in season ticket holders that grip those seats with your life.. There is a legit waiting list that is so big that LSU won't even treat it as such and give opening to highest donors. You could add 5k seats and they would sell immediately, the demand is definitely there.

There has been almost 100% renewal on grandstand season tickets in the last 5 years. Even big donors can’t get season tickets in their name. They get tickets but it’s almost always different seats from weekend to weekend. Having baseball season tickets is like having the Glenn Gary leads.

I don't think they had any except for someone else mentioning a TAF presale.

I was on hold with LSU ticket office over the parking selection not working and I asked about SROs and they said gone in just a few seconds.

Because people that want to go can’t get tickets since the renewal rate is 100. Blame them since they don’t show up, I’ve tried to get club tickets for years and can’t purchase them.

I’m not paying the same prices I was in Atlanta for the box on the secondary market.

It becomes a "see me" event where people can say they were there. Probably the first game of the season for them

Not a question of if the stadium was full. It’s if the tickets are sold and they are.

Before LSU sold their soul to StubHub LSU ran an in house ticket exchange where tickets had to be listed and resold for face value. It was awesome for big football games and postseason baseball. I nabbed some great face value tickets for entire regional ticket books in the past.

This was the way to go. I miss that in house ticket exchange.

There wouldn’t be a ton of tickets on it for postseason baseball. I’d sit there all day and refresh the page over and over and nab some if any popped up.
