Young Purdue fan with cancer that has recurred twice who is terminal at 20 years old.

Damn. When you think you have problems in life, sometimes it's put into perspective.

Someone's cutting onions in here.

Got me wiping my eyes. I have a kid almost that age and I can't imagine the strength it takes to make it through one day for that family. Good for them being able to go cheer for their team today.

That was a touching story, tough watch so early. Got me teared up. Cancer sucks, and it is even more so tough seeing a young person go through what he has.
Really pulling for him to make it to the game tonight. Will definitely be pulling for Purdue

My three year old daughter just finished six rounds of chemo and is in remission. She had a type of lymphoma that thankfully rarely comes back. So many aren’t that lucky and it’s heartbreaking. Makes you really put things into perspective.

I just told my wife that I can’t watch Gameday anymore if they’re going to do that to me.

My Mom has been fighting the big C for 4 years. She’s still going strong. Climbing the ramps, cheering on our Tigers, and generally loving life.

My hate for Cancer knows no bounds. Damn onion cutters!

I hate segments like this. Can we do these during the week? It seems so callous to go from a man's death bed to discussing rankings.

This. We went from having it all in front of us to financial ruin and wondering how much time I have left with my wife. I can't imagine a 20 year old being in this position. I leave the chemo place in tears almost every week from seeing how many people are dealing with this insidious disease. Several people in my family are dealing with it as well. Anyway I'm sorry for rambling.
