They’re not a very good 3 point shooting team so that bodes well. Just hope we can keep up with their size BootUp

The way we defend the perimeter, any team could shoot well. That has to change

I’m excited.

I get off work at 5:30 and have an hour drive home so I should catch the majority of the game.

Go back and read my post. I never said the game started at 5:30, that’s just the time I get off work.

Not perfect timing, but if I only miss the first 30 minutes, that’s not bad.

It’s better than a 11am start with me missing the entire game.

Not only that, just dvr the motherflucker and watch from the beginning. It amazes me how many people only watch a game live. If other obligations get in the way, there is technology available that will allow the ENTIRE game to be "live" to you. My personal exception to this is football. I am ALWAYS off on a football Saturday.

I like to dvr the games. Why spend 2 hour watching half time and all those timeouts and commercials? Last game wasted only 10 minutes of my life.

Unless you mean you’re going to listen to it on the radio it looks like you’re going to miss most of the game. It starts at 5:00. By the time you get home it will be 6:30. You’ll probably catch the final 30 minutes (which many times is all you need to see)

Because of family obligations (i.e. young kids) I’ve only watched one game live this year (the SHSU game played on a Monday at 11:00).

I’ve gotten so use to blowing through the commercials and halftime that it’s hard to watch games live now. Only downside is I have to avoid TD, other games and texts, etc until after I watch the LSU game. But the upside is I don’t feel compelled to join the TD game thread!

The problem with that is there’s always someone that will text me something about the game before I can finish it.

I think we match up well vs them, and I think we win, however even tho it’s a down year it’s still Kentucky. No one should underestimate them

Yeah it funny watching all these “funny guys” make remarks about our 3 point D that was ranked in the top 30 prior to the Bama game as if we weren’t holding opponents to about 30% from three in every other game this season.

Seriously. That game has got to be an outlier. And Bama is REALLY good. They have a clear identity and they're playing modern basketball. Don't settle for bad mid range jumpers really ever. They looked like the Utah Jazz out there against us. I can't imagine they'd hit that many threes again on our next encounter. But my goodness was their offense crisp.

The only fair criticism about that game to me is that we never really adjusted in D. If we run into other teams that shoot well from 3, we can’t use our zone switch scheme cuz it allows for those shots. Against most teams, those are shots your ok giving up but against a purposeful 3 point shooting team, you can’t just accept that they are going to get those looks.

LSU +1.5.. uh yes please

Don't even care if LSU screws me on that one. That's too good to pass up.

EVERYBODY I know understands when I tape a game, to not speak to me until I call them after I've watched the taped game. I call every POSSIBLE person that could spoil it for me to let them know, and they all respect that. You can also block certain numbers on your phone until after the game, or not look at your phone until you've watched it. I have just about perfected this over the years and hardly ever had a problem. Also, turn off all of your sports alerts if you do check your phone.
