When you have the athleticism we have and get out rebounded (we are -1 in conference play) consistently, yes we lack effort.

More than anything else, to me, we just aren't physical enough. We have some talented, finesse-type guys but not those blue-collar players to do work in the paint.

I have my problems with Gray as well. But to say "this entire team is is lazy and horrible" is absurd.

This isn't a new development. This is a consistent problem. We are getting out rebounded in conference and turning it over 16 times a game.
Yet nothing is changing. Very frustrating to watch this much talent play so sloppy.
