I didn't know what to expect, but I love the kid's approach at the plate. Good eye, drives the ball when he can,but is totally content to get a base hit.

Vandy at 21-2 is just phenomenal. Hawthorne on the radio last night was trying to claim its only because the east is down. I found that laughable.

Hate to see a kid get hit with the ball like that pitching. Saw a pirate get drilled in the head playing the Astros and it's something that still sticks in my head watching a game every once in a while.
