Or just leave him in Tuscaloosa, that would probably be worse.

I had been pretty bummed about Vandy winning the SEC in LSU's best season ever. But I'm jacked up with them losing today and LSU winning in 16. I never expected Georgia to beat them.

LSU actually has the more favorable schedule with 4 series remaining.

I don't know if it was discussed, because my phone died during the game, but Tyler Moore was one of the keys to this win, with Fury and Coon. Kid needs more PT.

Such a poor "ambassador" for our university.

I don't know why he's in Paul's doghouse... He's a better hitter at DH than most. And beyond that, the kid is PROVEN for being clutch.

Cotton didn't have his control like normal. But it wasn't his fault things went south... at least not his pitching that extended the game.

Error on J.Jones put one runner on and easy put out at first mishandled by cotton should have been the second out. Instead two that didn't earn their way on. Then cotton makes a damn good pitch but it ends up being a home run.

Just a string of bad luck more than his pitching that hurt us.

THE COOOON!

So ecstatic y'all. What a game. I'm avoiding the whole "this team is special" statement but...uh... Maybe.

The error on Jacoby was, in fact, an error. And deservedly so. But it was a difficult play. The kid is a stud.

ok so here's how tomorrow looks...

quote:

Les East?@EastAdvocate
Cody Glenn will start for #LSU against Alabama at 1 p.m. Sunday.

quote:

Les East?@EastAdvocate
Chris Cotton, Nate Fury and probably Kurt McCune won't be available for #LSU on Sunday.

Les East?@EastAdvocate
Joey Bourgeois will close Sunday if the opportunity presents itself. Brent Bonvillain is well rested and Nick Rumbelow might be available.
