I think that Mainieri knew that Glenn was looking around for transfer spots, so he packed his bags for him.
And I do agree that bad apples can be a distraction for the team.

We'll I thought that's what happened, but then I logged onto Tiger Droppings and some guy who uses the handle LSURussian told me that Paul Mainieri cut them, so it cleared up any confusion about why the guys wouldn't be returning to the team.

Russian, do you think players would transfer in the middle of a semester before classes or over or do you think they would wait until they are done with finals so they get credit for their classes?
