Would you agree that Auburn is the best comp? If so...we had 30 1st downs, 209 yds rushing,321 yds passing for a total of
530 yds. of offense. We killed ourselves in the redzone...something that didn't happen before/since Auburn. UGA cannot hold us to 23 and their offense ain't scoring 28 pts. It's football so anything can happen but to somehow perceive UGA as a bigger challenge than Bama/Auburn would not be from anything you could derive from the 1st 12 games this year.I think we all can agree that we skull-drug both teams from Bama far more than the score indicated. I don't believe UGA will be so fortunate.

C'mon. They lost to South Carolina with all their weapons on offense and defense. South Carolina. At home.
Kirby is a good recruiter but a terrible game day coach. Fromm will have to carry the day on offense. He has proven over and over that he is not capable of doing that.
I was more scared of Miss. State.

I think their defense is helped by their style of play. I think opposing coaches have a relatively low-risk offensive game plan because they don't expect UGA to light up the scoreboard.
Combine that with a bunch of talented players and you get gaudy stats.

Georgia was MUCH better offensively last year than this year and we beat the living daylights outta them. As for their vaunted defense, I'm not impressed. Most of those gaudy numbers were against the weak sisters of the league as well as vs 3 horrendous OOC teams.

They have nothing which compares to Najee or Plumlee. They played A&M for 3 1/2 quarters and couldn't amass 200 yards!

This is most telling about GA defensively. They are solid but numbers are skewed due to offenses faced not being elite. So it’s time to put yet another team’s defense to the test!!

Last years game has absolutely nothing to do with this year so I don’t know why some keep bringing that up.

Agreed- should be a great game- won’t be a run away In my opinion. Although I did think aTm would play us close and obviously I was wrong. But there is a big difference between them and UGA.

The majority of teams UGA played this season were playing backup QBs at the time.
