Funny how LSU was the spoiler team for the 3 SEC bubble teams

Bama, USCe, Ole Piss were all on the bubble of the playoffs & the LSU game pretty much ruined all 3 of their chances.
If South Car & OM beat us then they are in.
We sucked so much arse in weeks 9-12 that the Bama blowout in death valley was pretty meaningless to the committee.
I hate 8-4 seasons like everyone else but it is funny

Actually, Bama’s killing us at night game home worked against them after:
1. Bama got nailed by OK
2. We nailed OK.
Our defeat of OK diminished AL’s victory over us. Took a quality win off the table.

Some posters didn't understand your point here. Obviously, your point is that some LSU losses...Florida and A&M in particular...decreased LSU's ranking and prestiage and thus Alabama didn't gain as much beating LSU due to the diminished strength of schedule. That is exactly why once Team A beats Team B, Team A wants Team B to win every other game that season....helps Team A in their strength of schedule.
