Agreed, unfortunately. It wasn't during football, but it was super dead there last time we went. They didn't have enough servers so we had to go up to the bar to order anything. Still a great place though.

Barley Oak is not the place to go, bunch of cream puff Generation “ME” kids in there. If you want a more mature audience who actually knows what the heck they are looking at when watching a game go somewhere else.

Never reopened after COVID.
Best spot might honeslty be walkons. No good indoor / outdoor bar with large tvs that would be great for watching sports in Mandeville. You will probably have to ask the bar tenders twice to put the game on at barley oak.
