Any chance the traveling Tigers will knock that down a few?

Most places have slowed production because of the over supply.

Good article about this about a year ago. Can’t remember who it was. But yeah, people aren’t drinking nearly as much as they used to.

So Texas is known for oil, gas, and bullsh*te, then Kentucky provides the world's supply of bourbon!

Sixteen million barrels of bourbon -- simply amazing, and more valuable than all the gold in Fort Knox. It tastes better, too.

Yeah, I resolve every year to drink more, but I keep coming up short. I have around 60 bottles of bourbon that I need to work down. I am almost out of Woodford Double Oaked, but that just means that I'll go buy more and see something else that I want, too.

Actually people are drink the same if not more. Bourbon isn’t as sexy as it once was. Tequila is on the rise. I’m still drinking both! And enjoying seeing more allocated bottles available for a reasonable price!

Because a few years back, sipping a little bourbon got to be a fad and thus the prices went up. Just like gas prices, they go up fast, come down slow.

Question for you. I grew up in KY and it was always my understanding that if it wasnt made in KY it is not bourbon. Now I see labels from everywhere for bourbon whiskey. Did that change?

No. Bourbon just means it is at least 51% corn, made in America, aged new charred oak barrel, distilled at max of 160 proof and no additives. I used to think the same, but nope.
