Definitely the hardest since not playing Duquesne last year

FSU only beat LSU because they got to play Duquesne first

The thursday night season opener in 2007 at MSU on paper was supposed to be a huge test.

Granted we smoked their asses. Matt Henig was supposed to be a legit SEC QB and we picked him off like 6 times...

2016 in Lambeau was the beginning of the final phase of a by then mortally wounded Les Miles. Even a QB controversky and an instatement of Danny Etling couldn't save his hide.

2011 Oregon?

On paper, yes. But we spanked that Oregon team. I’m not sure we’ll spank this FSU team. They’re shaping up to be pretty damn good and will challenge for the ACC crown. They have a legitimate shot at the Playoff next year.

opener in 2007 at MSU

Miss State was terrible that year, and every year in Sly Croom's regime.

NOPE! FSU will not have a Duquesne warmup game ahead of us. We will be their first game of the season. I gotta kid that graduated twice from FSU so all I've got to say is

I’m convinced Les Miles threw that Wisconsin game with play calling.

Fixed it for you.
