Is NOLA really that bad right now? I haven’t been back since the natty.

Its not bad at all.

Super safe for big events.

Just dont come here looking to buy drugs or wander into shitty neighborhoods and youll be fine.

Stay away from large crowds, too. If you want, you can do donuts in busy intersections if you get bored.

New Orleans' murder rate is 36.8

And you realize this still translates to 0.00036% right?

The covid death rate is about 0.6% for reference.

Now do the COVID death rate for under 65 and you’ll get a lot closer.

I’m have worked down there my whole life douche bag.But yeah New Orleans is the safest most wonderful place in the world you should take zero precautions going down there from out of town.Treat it like going to Disney World. It’s called warning out of towners coming for game don’t just go rolling around just anywhere, know where you are going an how to get there the right way,pay attention to your surroundings, and you can have fun without putting yourself in a bad spot

I’m as big of a critic of the of the corruption and the crime in New Orleans as anybody, but the “you’ll get murdered, if you go to the LSU game” people are absolutely insufferable.

It’s a pretty simple solution. If you don’t want to go to New Orleans, because of the lack of safety, then watch the game on your television at your home, or go to a bar in your neighborhood.

I’m going, and my safety (or lack thereof) is none of your business. How about bringing your thoughts on the city of New Orleans to the OT, or to the political board?

It’s called a joke because they got these idiots shooting at people on the interstate and other ones blocking intersections to do burnouts and tricks on ATVs and Dirt Bikes. There is literally not enough policing it’s getting comical watching the news some days

My dad asked me to go. I really don't want to support that city anymore. Sucks...cause we loved it.
However, our biggest concern is not the violence/crime. It's actually buying the tickets this early, and that moronic mayor implementing a mask mandate if Covid numbers go up. And before you laugh, some companies and schools are already doing it. So if we go, we will buy tickets closer to game time just in case Latoya goes full retard like she always does.

You literally park in the garage connected to the dome, go to the game, get in your car and leave. No one’s asking you to go spend money in the city.

So fricking stupid.

Yes, I do think prices will drop. I think your diehard fans have already bought tickets and are 100% locked in. most of the people who do not have tickets yet probably aren’t going which means there will be plenty of tickets available.

Your car windows may get smash out but I you should be safe paying $80 and parking in Dome. Windy ride home.

How did this go from a someone asking to buy tickets to support his team to a cry fest for a bunch of whinny little bitches about NOLA.

No one cares about you sounding board morons opinion of New Orleans other than yourselves and the people that agree with you. Just keep it to yourselves.
