good luck finding out who threw it in a crowd of 1000s of people though. Those hillbillies aren't going to snitch on each other.

Throwing things in the field is nothing new for Ole Miss fans. I was there in late 80’s early 90’s and some dude threw an empty Jack Daniel’s bottle on the field almost hitting an LSU defensive back.
