Acadian Frame & Art in Baton Rouge will sell you the poster, frame and matting for $55 each. You can probably get your posters framed and matted there for $40 each. That's where I got mine....

There is a Daryl and Sons on Perkins. Best place in town. They do an excellent job and their prices are reasonable. I had all of my baseball and football posters framed there.

Hobby Lobby and Michaels are terrible and overpriced. I got mine done in a little shop in Dallas that does great, reasonably priced work. They are black wood framed with a black mat and my ticket to the game (football) in the bottom corner. I had to do it nice because they are hanging in my office, but if you stay away from the chains, you'll get it cheaper.

Trying to find somewhere to frame all 8 Championship posters. **paging ffishstik**

He mentioned his dad doing the work on the northshore. Anyone know the name of his shop or someone locally that could do it.

I went to Michaels and even with 70% off they quoted me $1039 dollars for the most basic frame.

Martin's Framing & Gallery on Jefferson in the Bocage shopping center has framed all my LSU and Saints posters. they charge about $35 a piece and they look great, black frame with a purple matte.

That seems super cheap. What kind of frame? How wide is the matte exposed?

I bought thick poster board from Hobby Lobby and then cut it to the size of a ready made poster frame. I mounted the championship poster on the poster board (I put mine on purple) and then slipped it into a black poster frame. Looks fine ... it's in my boys' room so I didn't need fancy or anything.

It's the SECCG from 2003.

This is the cost of everything BUT the poster correct? Not too shabby, if that's the case.

i had mine mounted on the foam board stuff and the black edging around the frame at baton rouge blue print. there's no matte or anything but they do look really good. they are laminated into the foam board so they wont ever discolor and no worries about air or anything ruining them. i think i paid around $150 for 7 or so of my posters. so about $20 each (incl tax)

I have a football jersey I've been wanting to get framed. The prices I usually find are $300-$500. Anybody have an idea as to where I can get it done a little cheaper?
