A friend who watched the game said Herbstreit said something like "I think we're in the loudest part of the stadium" and Fowler replied "we're in the loudest part of the planet!"

Can anyone find that clip?

No but I heard them say that. They commented on how loud the crowd was several times during the game.

Holly Rowe said her bones were rattling, or something to that effect (as she was yelling to be heard over student section). Well done fans!

Fowler was pretty emotional about the atmosphere at Tiger Stadium in his postgame comments.

If you’re a real fan you know the capabilities Death Valley holds. It always nice to be reminded every now and then how great it can be.

From Fowler's IG on the plane ride home. Would love to know what's in his cup.

First quarter I believe.

You can tell Fowler particularly has a strong affinity for the place.

The dude sounded like a just a fan out there saying what was happening.

I’m very grateful we had that crew.

One of the best compliments I've ever heard was Scott Van Pelt on his radio show after he had been to Tiger Stadium for the first time ever, vs Alabama in 2012. It's on youtube if anyone wants to try to post the link. We lost the game, but his 5 minute tribute to LSU fans was pretty fickin awesome.

I was in section 301 and going nuts getting everyone around up and loud.

A guy 2 seats down from me turned and pointed to me saying “that’s you, that’s you!!” and gave me a high five.

I know it wasn’t me, but was one of my best moments in TS ever

Until you actually see, hear and feel it there are no words to describe the experience in Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night. I'm sure those words were repeated many times by the young men on the recruiting visit Saturday night.

Someone in the broadcast said that we had the highest decibels they’ve seen on their decibel reader, over 110. The ones on team’s scoreboards don’t work btw for future reference.

Today on espn they said we had two earthquakes register

Fowler..."They didn't tear down and carry out goalposts - They carried out passed out people but that's just LSU at night." LOL

Exactly, that's why I was annoyed that BK called a TO in the 2nd quarter or so when Bama was on Offense and the clock was running out.

I was like FUUUCCKK....Let Tiger Stadium do its thing!!!
