That actually looks like me when I'm doing 375 though. Can't imagine looking that smooth if I added 25-30 lbs

4 reps. I wouldn't say it's like nothing but it's still a lot of weight for a man his size

His hips arnt breaking parallel. Form is not great, leaning forward on toes too much. He should go lighter and work on his form.

It's true. Poor form increases chance of injury. I wish I hadn't seen this video. It's clear Leonard hasn't had proper instruction on how to perform a back squat.

I could believe a 1 rep max with several spotters around him and his legs shaky AF. But Fournette is pounding those out like its a routine workout.

So you really a Coach with the reputation of Moffitt doesn't teach proper form. SMH

While he is borderline barely breaking parallel, it's probably not his first working set

Nice back arch. Stable under the bar. Sits in to his heels. Very little knee travel at least no where close to passing the plane of the tip of his toes......

what else do you want?

8 45lb plates + 45lb bar

But it's not. If I'm looking it correctly, it's a total of 6 blue plates, which are 44 pounds a piece. The green ones are 22 pounds each. Assuming the bar is 45 pounds, that would be 353 pounds, IF there is only 1 green on each side. But it looks to me like he has 2 each, so it would be 397....which I submit is basically almost exactly the same as 405 and impressive as shite.

Moffitt should consider having Rippetoe come to LSU as a consultant during the offseason to help with proper form instructions.
