After grumbling about playing time, Arians essentially told Fournette to embrace his role with the team or be cut.

Do what you are told or you are out the door...needs to be done more in pro sports...

Do you job when you are called upon and you will earn more playing time...

Sometimes, a wrinkle gets thrown in the mix.

Fournette is a generational college and NFL RB. But at LSU and Jacksonville his talent was mitigated by predictable offenses. Now he can show why he's better than any active RB in the NFL.
Listen to the Tampa WR's talk about him. Nuff Said.

News flash: They weren't going to cut Leonard Fournette on the way to the playoffs, and Leonard Fournette had no choice but to dig a little deeper.

Newsflash: An NFL Running Back doesn't magically dig deeper.
The OC and Arians put Fournette in better situations to succeed. And he did. Trivia: where did Fournette go in this play?

He's playing for that next payday so he can lay down again. I feel sorry for the team that gives him a big contract.

Granted he looked good in the playoffs. Ronald Jones was much better during the season. Easily seen by the casual fan.
Good luck to LF though

They would’ve been better off without him

It's been this kid's cruel fate his entire career. I can't remember another generational-type RB talent who still found some success in spite of his situation.

Put Zeke or Henry behind the o-line in Jax. Give them only 6-8 touches a game in Tampa. I'd love to see how long they last.

The shite quickly becomes demoralizing.

These NFL players are divas man. You get paid no matter how many snaps you take. Do your job and shine when you get that chance. That’s what GM’s and HC’s like to see

Jones ran harder and was much better than LF, regular season and playoffs. He just has that burst and runs much harder than LF. Stevie Wonder can see this...

However, if LF loses 10-15 pounds and works out and puts the other work involved, then he can be as electric as he was in high school and college. But, a lot of work needs to be put in.

Jones was better in the playoffs? Pretty hot take there.
