I dont need to look at anything. When the composite has 4 loss Texas ahead of multiple P5 teams with fewer losses, and ahead of WVU whom they lost to, that's a confirmation of bias.
UT is ranked there because of th longhorn on the helmet, and theres no logical argument that they belong there.

Better than whom? 11-2 Washington State? Based on what?
What about Geogia? You believe they earned the right to be ranked ahead of LSU? I remember you arguing vehemently against this, but your composite says so.

Yes.
Texas had a far better win than anyone WSU played. The P12 is terrible.

Georgia over LSU. Florida over Kentucky.
Man, no bias there. Nope.

I'm guessing the computers like them.

That’s still a higher pct than the AP who again are media ppl. Just to show how biased your polls are and how wrong you are, they’re atill putting out a mock poll based on the old computer only formula and guess what? Oklahoma, a playoff team came in ranked 8th, Ohio State the next team in line for the playoffs was ranked 11th based on non biased data driven rankings. There were also other major differences in the top 10 and top 25 but sure man your “bias is mitigated by more bias” theory makes a lot of sense in your mind only.

No the computers had UGA 7th behind Texas and Michigan

It depends on what criteria you use. They won their division and played a helluva game vs Bama.

Right. It wasnt the human voter using their eyeballs. It had to be the computers.
I'm guessing it was the computer that got Florida above Kentucky too.

People paid to know what the hell they are talking about vs some old retired coaches and people who probably never threw a football in their lives.
Wow

Oops. Sounds like Roger should take his own advice and look into all the different polls.

Wait. So now you're trying to imply that media analysts know more about the game than retired coaches?
Wow indeed.

I did. Like an hour ago before you even knew they existed.

Wrong ppl who are paid to write stories and sell subscriptions, papers and get clicks. Lmao the fact that you thing media members know more than “old coaches” and believe that they’re paid to know football again shows how ignorant you are.

Polls should based more off the perceived power ranking of a team. Right now to much emphasis is placed on the records of the teams. If you look at it, for the most part it has the undefeated teams followed by the 1 loss teams, followed by the 2 loss, and so on, with very little deviation. A loss any given weekend can cause a team to drop like a rock. It should be based partly the way it is and partly based off of what would happen if the teams played on neutral feild 5 times in a row, what the result would generally be. Also should be done more by college football experts (vegas line makers etc.) and less by reporters and coaches. More like a more well thought out power poll. But, unfortunatly, these polls are what we have.

There are 11 teams with 2 or fewer losses. There are 5 teams in the top 10 with 3 or more losses.
Try again.

Wow.
Combining a bunch of biased votes does not make a poll unbiased.
