Drive by shooting is a felony. Everyone in that car will be charged with murder. Doesn't that lawyer know that you do not have to be the shooter to be charged for murder when participating in a felony crime? He's done.

They were at the OT Tavern which attracts that element. There have been several shootings and a couple of killings by patrons of that bar.
