You can use this line of thinking to justify still giving money to pretty much any LSU affiliated entity, aside from a fund that is only used to pay the president’s salary.
Tolerance and passiveness are exactly how things like a “critical race scholar” becoming the president of an entire university system happen in the first place.

Two main reasons:
1. My biggest issue has been FKA move to holistic admissions, I feel it's been incredibly detrimental to the university and not acceptable for a flagship university.....this hire on paper seems like it's going to be a continuation of that...I could be proven wrong, I hope I am and will reverse my decision if so.
But more importantly
2. Critical race theory is an absolute cancer. It theorized that all whites are inherently racist, and all people of color are inherently disadvantaged because of a racist system. If these principals are used in the running of a university system it would mean sweeping changes that would likely make LSU unrecognizable. Again, I could be wrong and he could not use any principals from his body of research, and if wrong I will happily reverse my decision.
Sure LSU has done things I don't agree with...but this isn't piddling shite like giving Miles an extension...this is giving the steering wheel to a man who's research suggests whites are bad, racist, and need to be re-educated. I simply cannot contribute to or support this direction
