For pregame, the band needs to take the field 18 minutes before the game, not 16 minutes

Three home games, and not a single one has the band been off the field and lined up for the tunnel with enough time to play the full "Saturday Night in Death Valley" video. So call me crazy, but instead of taking the field with 16 minutes before kickoff, and not really giving the team enough time to take the field, take the field 18 minutes before kickoff.
I am amazed that someone in position of power can not time this up properly.

While they’re at fixing stuff, get the smoke bombs off the field and just shoot them fr the top of the upper. What’s the point when half the stadium can’t see the field once they go off. South endzone hasn’t seen the team come out onto the field in years.

The entire process seems rushed. I don't even think they start the "band video" until 16 minutes so the band really doesn't step off until 15 minutes.

That is because they are putting 20 lbs of shite in a 10 lb bag. They used to do it all in 15:00.
