I even saw some bammers running up to older tiger fans (50+) and saying frick you LSU. It was pathetic.

Yea, One guy was getting in an older fans face and the older guy said something like "Get out of here". The other guy promptly told him, "go take some viagra old man, roll tide!!"

I have to think that some of these stories are complete BS. Some just sour grapes. If you judge a whole fan base by a couple of frat dudes then you are ignorant. I have never judged the LSU fan base by the fans that threw food at me and my girlfriend last time I was in Baton Rouge. I was at the game and tailgated all day and all the LSU fans I talked with said they had never been treated as well at an away game and everybody was very friendly. I call BS on some of these stories...

Been to Alabama probably 10 or 15 times. Was really surprised by the fan behavior yesterday. That was a new experience for me with that fan base. I was stunned by the booing of our players who were injured, even when they were being helped off the field by trainers. It wasn't a "few fans", it wss the entire stadium. The walk back to the car was incredible also.The number of "F you LSU" that we heard from the DJ's at the tailgates was almost comical. The comments about them having Saban and us having our "retarded coach", the encouragement to take our "bayou trash" out of their town, all very surprising. Several Bama fans walking along with us apologized and said they were embarrassed by the behavior of their fans. Not sure what the deal was and why they were so nasty yesterday. I guess it's been so long since they beat us there, they were taking out some frustration. Talked to many LSU fans at the hotel who had the same experience.

Do any of you see the day when a fan starts shooting a fan or fans of the opposing team in the SEC because somebody goes too far with the wrong person? I don't think we're that far away from something like this happening.

I went two years ago and was pleased with the treatment from the Bama fans. They were pretty hospitable and none of the assholes I saw were out of the ordinary or unexpected.
This year however, I found the fans to be much worse. I guess it's because they now officially feel like they're at the top of the SEC and superior to us. The boos when our players kept going down was ridiculous. I kind of understand the T-Bob one because he was maybe wasting time, but they booed other players that were legitimately hurt. A few of the LSU fans made comments to the Bama fans near us about the booing, and all the Bama fans did was laugh about it. No apologies or anything. The assholes definitely came out in full force once LSU was out of reach from a victory. All in all is was pretty disappointed with the fans compared to my last visit.

i watched the game at a bar in tuscaloosa. everything was fine, until the end of the fourth quarter as others have said. while trying to take a piss a drunk bammer just started screaming at me. when i mentioned to him how bama hasn't won anything signifigant except a gymnastics title since 92 he came out me with his dick hanging out of his pants. sad sad man.

why would these stories be bs? lsu fans are bad, i will admit, but don't you guys take pride in being classy and above us? some younger bama fans simply don't know what it's like to win...they havne't done it consistently in a while and are new to it. suck it up and admit your fanbase isn't as great as yall like to think you are.
