To watching the video press conference, he seems very determined. Honestly made me feel a little better about the situation.

I didn't watch the press conference yet but we all know he initially didn't want it. But apparently once he decided frick it let's do it, he went all in.

Well what did you want him to say? If you got a job you weren’t really excited for, would you go out and tell the world (including your bosses) “Hey I don’t want this job. I wish I didn’t get it.”
Of course he’s gonna do what he can to keep a job, even if he didn’t necessarily want it in the first place.

Fake news. He has been quoted saying the LSU OC was his dream job. The Rant was responsible for promoting he wasn't interested in the job. Ensminger probably hired the "Keeper of the Binder" to campaign for the position. Section one said act as though your not interested, like a high school girl.

I wondered the same thing yesterday. Doesn't seem like he was shy about jumping into the job.

In the bowl game press conference last year, he said O came to him about OC and he said no. Said he would do it though to help the team. Now it’s his dream job.
