I just don't understand the hatred he gets.. I've listened to the entire broadcast today LOOKING for something to complain about and I just haven't found anything..
Seems to me as though the complaining on here started off as something minor and then snowballed into full blown hatred...

Zero hatred from me. He doesn't understand the game of baseball and can't see. Which makes it pretty difficult for anyone to call a baseball game and/or comment on one.

Haven't listened. Is still finishing Hanagriff's sentences or is he allowing him to speak? Or whoever's doing the game with him?

Not baseless at all. I've been listening to him call games since before I can remember (at least 1992). Coogan, Hannagriff, Franques and Wright have all forgotten more about baseball than Hawthorne has ever known. And Hawthorne is a chicken little and cuts people off when they're talking and has TERRIBLE habits that he falls into.
