Some sections in south end zone are shaded for day games. Something to consider.

Unfortunately, there isn't much left to choose from. I think the best option is 422, row 27, and 10 seats b/t you and the aisle. I tend to drink a few beers, and my kids will hit the concessions more than once! I would be doing everyone around me a favor to stay closer to an aisle

244 is a solid selection for seats

I sat in NEZ for the Vandy game last year and although it’s a prettier view of the stadium itself, I’ve gotta warn you that the new speaker system be ear splitting (if not literally hazardous to your hearing). Also can’t see the main scoreboard.

Camp SEZ.

244 wouldn't be a consideration for me at all due to the sun.

South end zone is best view, PA system is more clear, louder because you’re right next to the student section

If seats are available in the SW corner, many of them are in the shade for afternoon games.
Makes a big difference. The fans in the South end zone are the most loyal in the stadium.

SEZ has cover on those hot days...can actually hear the band plus has way more mystique than the NEZ

Slim pickings over there.

This is part of the "problem". I like sitting on the sidelines b/c there are tons of empty seats and elbow room.

I just went and watched highlights of the UCLA game to see where the shade cutoff is. Now my dilemma is ...

option 1 - section 411 - aisle seats looking down the goaline with the sun in your face.

option 2 - section 418 - aisle seats looking down the sideline in the shade.

Easy choice--418. 411 puts you in the sun, much too close to the visiting fans/band. We sat near there for the afternoon Tennessee debacle. Never again! Roasted and overdosed on Rocky Top.

This cannot be emphasized enough. It's nearly unbearable. I've persevered through traffic, heat, day games, bad concessions and filthy bathrooms. The one thing that has made me consider giving up my tickets is that sound system. Eveni if you wear hearing protection the sound comes in through your bones. The rap music would be easy enough to ignore except for the bass that shakes the concrete.

NEZ is crowded af in the concourse area due to the abandoned dorms taking up so much room. Concessions and restroom lines are much worse in the NEZ.

I added an additional seat this year and it totally fricked my ability to get a better location like I thought I'd finally be able to this year. I'm 7 rows lower but in the same section, 243. It's not a bad spot in the stadium, I just really want to get to a shadier spot of the stadium for day games because the sun is right in my eyes the entire time for day games. PITA! I can deal with the concessions and crowded concourse. Better luck next year, I guess.

Why is that? I always notice when there is empty seats everywhere except the South endzone is still always packed.

Today, I bought some tickets in 213... I have sat in NEZ on many occasions, but never 213. Anxious to see how it is.

what are the best sections for getting the most shade? I am in 424 - are any ones close to there better?
