Was looking on Florida’s football talk page and I can promise y’all that they scared chitless to face “them damn drunk Cajuns” and even more scared to face our tigers on Saturday night in Death Valley

I’ll have to take a look. I only hope that they have the same feeling that we had so many years in the 90’s going into our matchups against Spurrier and that fun ‘n gun offense.

Generalize much? You see this shite in the rural areas of every single state in this country.

Beware comparing any of those three states with LA......

Without the home-grown goggles, LA is somewhat of an eye sore. Is what it is.

Not hating on LA but AL is actually a beautiful state and FL’s coastal areas are flat out gorgeous with the best beaches in the continental US. Believe it or not, the Keys, Appalachacola, St George, etc. >>> Grand Isle. Again, is what it is.

This guy gets it

ETA: also local sports talk radio out here doesn’t see Florida going into Baton Rouge and getting the W this year. I got a feeling it’s going to be a good game but our tigers get the victory especially at night in Death Valley

You been to Hurricanes to watch with the group lately? Moved back to Baymeadows at 295 location, which if I remember correctly, is a lot closer to you now.

Matter of fact that’s the last time I watched a game was at that location with the first coast tiger group. I didn’t want to drive all the way over to Hendricks ave. I have to work for the Florida game this year I tried to get off but couldn’t. I may round up my posse and head over there for the Auburn and Bama game. I will let you know

Good deal. Those will be two fun games to watch there for sure. I’m actually going to the UF game with my son ( ). Been WAY too long and we’re fired up.

Aside from that, I travel for work now for extended periods of time, dictated by weather so no telling when I’ll be gone again. If I’m in town though, I WILL be there for Auburn and Bama.

I don’t know why they would be scared. We score points but are not a physical football team anymore. Probably one of the softest in America.

You're right - Anna Marie Island, South Beach, Siesta Key, Clearwater, Sanibel Island, Capitva, etc etc ain't got nothing on Luling, Violet, Shreveport, Thibodaux, Buras and Harvey. Don't let your football loyalties restrict your ability to see the rest of the world (or even just the South).

I think he's referring to G'ville and the fanbase in general.
I loathe their asses. now a high school friend/classmate of mine has a son playing o line for them. I still wont filter my disgust for them on social media.

Yet 95% of the people in Louisiana inundate the crap out of Florida. At any given time of year it is a sea of La. license plates. So really, are all those "Florida" fried chicken eating, half redneck inbreds residents of Florida?

I lived in west palm beach for 4 years and I can assure you it’s not the worst state in America. In fact, it’s one of the funnest places I’ve lived. Obviously there are very few Florida fans down there but the state is very nice.
