Hard to swallow right now,,To know who much it meant to these seniors its tough. Feel so sorry for those guys lots of tears tonight to think about what could have been. No easy way around it. A special group of guys that laid it all on the line for one more year to come up short. Heads high boys! Heads high

Tough game. I'm not convinced that slide meets the criteria for interference.. the rule says that it must alter the play of the fielder with or without contact. He threw to first and the throw was good.. hard to say the play was altered.

Great season which many of you rantards did not believe possible just a month ago. Please lay off the Mainieri bashing and appreciate what you have. Most teams would kill for what we did. Go tigers!

Disappointed. However, these seniors deserve our thanks. They got us to the big one even though they didn't win it. They could have just as easily left last year. Instead, they came back and built the foundation for something special in the future. They have nothing to be ashamed of and everything to be proud of.

Really sucks we couldn't see what this team could do with a healthy bullpen. Going to be a lot of what ifs in the future if guys like Walker, Norman, and Cartwright had been healthy. But that's sports.
Really hard to be disappointed in this team after where we were midseason and missing those pitchers. Just ran out of gas at the end.

Yeah, it's been fun. We've done some great things over the 3 years I've been doing BPB, now that I think about it. Still missing the ultimate prize though, but a great run this year nonetheless.
