To the people blaming the Slaughter slide on coaching, what instrument did you play in band? At this level there is no sliding practice, these guys know what they are doing. Slaughter is running full speed with a shite ton of adrenaline, he let the moment get the best of him. I have no issue with his slide, he started it way before the base just over slid too much. Still think it was legal
