SIAP- don’t remember seeing anything about it. You can pre-order now and it is being released 10/27.

They talked with Bruce Feldman on the radio and he’s excited about it- I believe he contributed to it.

Gotta say I ate a lot of crow as season progressed last year. I came around after the UCF fiesta bowl. Ridicule me as warranted but prior to that game I was in the camp of “O was in over his head“. I was dead wrong. And glad I was.

I don’t read books that the authors haven’t read.

All I’ll hear is Coach O’s voice when I read it.

Gonna be awesome.

Can he wait until after he retires to give away his secrets?

Somebody gave me this for xmas and I actually have been reading it. It's breezy and fun, mostly because there's just so many names dropped in the web of college coaches constantly bopping around over the years.

I have been a big O detractor (even from the beginning) and I know this book is basically a self-hagiography...but:

What are the best things that can fairly be said about O? It seems like he really did do some good things at USC. Had he actually grown as a man after Ole Miss and before/during LSU? Was he actually OK prior to the 2020 season? If so, what changed? Are people not giving enough credit to the divorce affecting him?

My favorite anecdote is about the "character guys", where he says he and the other coaches would snoop around and talk to like the cafeteria workers to see how players were treating them when they knew nobody was looking.
