Five years since Tom Petty died

To commemorate the occasion UF will now not only sing Won’t Back Down but will also be dropping an entire Tom Petty day. Of course this will be the day of our game. 
What will they be pissed off at us about this time?

Yeah he was damn good for sure. I saw him twice, including the show in Gainesville in 2006 that gets shown on AXS TV as Live in Gatorville or something like that.
Always thought the dude was great but the funny thing is I’ve been going down there to watch the Tigers every other season since I moved to Jax in 1990 and never ONCE did I hear anyone down there utter a peep about him on a football Saturday. Then when died he was all of a sudden this beloved hometown hero. Comical.
