Grownups get up early you’re wasting the day if you think an early practice of 8, 9 or 10 am is a good thing. I get a workout in every morning at 4:30 it makes you feel so much better throughout the day.

Yep it’s my favorite time of the day. Everything is quiet nobody bothering you and the sun isn’t up yet. You can actually think.
