But since it was lane and lsu - were all of sudden the bad guy- ncaa sec big 10 only exist because of the skill and talent of these players period.
The lawyers for these players are dead on - it is a cartel and the rule of the court is the law which means yes let’s end conferences ncaa and make it what is minor league football and basketball period.
I hope Lane and the team we the fans have a 2019 season either this year or next - #just different

That player does not meet the criteria that the SEC listed to penalize schools.

Well that's convenient.
He wasn't drafted and did not sign a contract with an NFL team. He went to two minicamp tryouts and was not offered a contract at either.

So what exactly is the red line?
Does something happen to a player when they make it halfway through an NFL fall camp? Is it like a video game where they unlock extra speed and strength and level up?
What's so scary and awful about a player that got a contract then got cut in preseason, and why is that player so much more dangerous to college football than a fricking 24 or 25 year old that's already played college ball for 5 or 6 years?
LSU needs to take this 1 step further than the SEC is willing to.

Signing a contract and appearing on a preseason roster are the specific things. Declaring for the draft without withdrawing within 72 hours is as well.
