Finebaum disses Miles again

In a recent column dedicated to Steve Spurrier, Finebaum bitch slaps Les Miles with the statement:

A little bit of patience (like two weeks) and Spurrier likely would have replaced Nick Saban at LSU. If Les Miles could go 34-6 and win a national title in his first three years, what do you think a real football coach like Spurrier could have done?

It takes real genius to make a statement that stupid.

I realize Finebaum is a no good weasel prick, but this is the crap that foaming at the mouth Gumps are reading and worshiping.
Try to have a normal conversation with a Bama fan is impossible.

Spurrier = 127-22 in 12 years at Florida
Miles = 42-11 in 4, or 126-33 in 12 years.
Given the talent and coaches -- I think he can duplicate 42-11 over the next 8 years

Then why do you help him by not only giving him your own attention but also linking his crap to thousands of others who read this board, potentially giving him their attention, too? You do realize that every hit on the site where his article is helps him financially and professionally, right?
Literally the only thing that can hurt an entertainer is lack of attention. Any kind of attention, positive or negative, is absolutely essential to his success. Entertainers with actual talent generate mostly positive attention. Hacks with no talent can generate negative attention by being "controversial". Enter the Finebaums and Guilbeaus of the world...and the death of real journalism.

nobody, even bamer fans like paul finebaum..the dude is a reject..now let's just get that clear

Ok Nuts, I see your point, but I think Tiger Nation needs to know when a dipshit like Finebaum is continuing to trash our HC. If it causes a few extra hits to his web site, so be it.
When we kick Bamas butt in Gumpsville this year the win will be even sweeter

This is true. The Gumps will tell you they don't listen to Finebaum, but ultimately what he says works its way through the VERY VERY large section of their fanbase that is VERY VERY gullible. After that it somehow gets to the reasonable section of their fanbase as fact. From there, they repeat his BS as fact. Its a vicious cylce!

Isn't there some sort of blog or email address to this douche bag so we can make his life hell. I know he craves attention and controversy but not even he could handle the rath of the rant at full force!!!

There is really no reason to know if a particular person is going to trash our HC. Why should anyone's opinion of Miles matter to you besides your own and those individuals within the football department? By promoting someone who talks crap about him, you're furthering the guy's cause. Besides, it's ALWAYS sweet to beat Bama.

If you wouldn't have posted what was said at Miles, i wouldn't have even cared to click on the link.
I was driving back from Atlanta about a year ago, and listened to his radio show for about 30 minutes, and I would have to say it was one of the WORSE radio shows I have ever heard. For a bunch of people who hate on Les Miles, they sure do spit and sputter and go "ah, uhh, uhh, uhh" a helluva lot. I will never listen to it again, nor do I read ANY of his columns. Finebaum is a anti-journalistic hack.
frick PAUL FINEBURN!!!

Ditto. The SEC was a great conference during Spurriers heyday but not the other-worldly league we have today.
