1.5” drywall screw on each side at an angle. Predrilled through the PVC then into the wall

Not bad. It took me a while to figure out how I wanted to mount mine because I wanted the "floating" look for lack of a better term. Finally decided on using 4 L brackets with 2 on the wall and 2 on the pipe then using nuts and bolts to attach the brackets to each other.

My grandmother has incredible skills and hand made the shadow box for the Jersey. It only took her a few days once she had all the stuff.
The other bigger frames were just buy the frame and mat it. That was easy.
