One of my freinds was killed in the same area that this happened last year. He ran off the interstate and ended up in the water just like this. Eerily similar. RIP Josh. RIP Shooter. Prayers sent.

I went to high school with Ben and had many classes with him. It's extremely sad and prayers are sent.

Wow that's terrible and scary. I totaled my car exactly 23 miles north of Alexandria going South on I-49 during that storm in December....

Thoughts to his friends and family in these heavy days ahead.

My thoughts go out to Ben's family. He is in the arms of His gracious Father, and I pray for the comfort of the Holy Spirit upon all of those who knew and loved him. Makes my heart sad. As the father of a 20yr.old son who goes to LSU and lives and breathes all things LSU, I grieve for Ben's parents.

He was a pledge brother of mine, back when I attended LSU. Such a nice guy.

I say we all change our Avatar to Shooter out of respect for him.

This kind of thing always makes me stop and thank Almighty God for each day and reminds me to be a servant while here on earth. May God bless his family and loved ones. Was he married?

That is horrible. Hope that young man's family finds the strength to deal with the nightmare that they are going through. God bless them.
