LSU Baseball Data also put out the top 10 exit velos from yesterday if someone can grab it.

Tops on the list was Tre Morgan at 110.4 (don't know the outcome of the batted ball). Then Travinski's HR at 108.4.

I've never attended a fall scrimmage, but I may have to make a trip soon to watch this team.

I'm trying really hard to control my expectations, but Jesus this team checks all the boxes. Please, February, get here soon!

I was out there for just short of 5 innings. One thing that I noticed was the positive energy and enthusiasm in the dugouts. The interaction between the players and the players and coaches was positive. They were having fun. Good to see.

Tre Morgan is trying to tap into more power this year. Smart move.

The main gate was open at 3:10 when I got there yesterday. You can check out batting practice before the scrimmage starts.

The words between Neal, Beloso, and Coach Jay were hilarious right after his first HR.

While Tre had a couple hard his balls his best AB was a 10 pitch K where he worked Taylor hard fouling off 5 pitches. He’s a menace at the top of the lineup. But I can see us putting crews there too who is our toughest out period. The amount of pressure this lineup will exert 1-9 is going to wreak havoc.
