Oregon Gov. Kate Brown said Thursday that she expects Oregon State University's Board of Trustees to “take decisive action to remove" its president, F. King Alexander, if it finds he mishandled allegations of sexual misconduct when he was president of LSU.

"In Oregon, we must hold our university presidents to the absolute highest standards for leadership and accountability," Brown said in a statement, according to the Corvallis Gazette-Times.

Alexander has found himself fighting to keep his job amid intense scrutiny over his handling of Title IX complaints and sexual misconduct allegations during his six years at Louisiana’s flagship college. OSU leaders reprimanded Alexander by placing him on a probationary status Wednesday.

So Oregon State cares about an old man being creepy but not about one of their student-athletes raping a little girl?

But I thought he spent the entire meeting blowing smoke up their asses and telling them how much more advanced they are than we simple minded Louisiana folk.

You mean capitulation doesn’t work?

I never quite understood why everyone hates him so much....are there sctual reasons or is it just the mob mentality like it is with coaches and athletic directors?

Have you looked into his past? He’s a liberal that is the definition of white privilege. Why he was hired by LSU is a mystery because he wasn’t highly regarded in his previous position and he wasn’t a fan of making LSU athletics a priority. Short sided and jealous of the money the coaches were making.

1. He pushed LSU back way more often than he would push it forward
2. LSU is known as a school famous for and funded by athletics. He willingly neglected the support for many athletic agendas that brought us success in sporting events.
3. He focused on a small percentage of the school rather than addressing common needs for the majority of students and alumni. This brought up new issues that would cause slippery slopes to which we are now facing

Here we go. You calling him a liberal while using the term “white privilege”. You are hilarious.

I am white and would love for one of you nitwits to tell me how privileged I am for working my arse off to get everything I own. Tell me how privileged I am to never have benefitted from affirmative action or received one dollar of Welfare, Food Stamps, Housing, or Unemployment? Tell me how privileged I am to pay taxes at a confiscatory rate so others of any race (many not even US citizens) can benefit? Yet I bet that doesn’t matter in your way of thinking.

You are parroting bullshite promoted by the Left.

Regarding F. King Alexander, the guy did nothing to help LSU or raise private funding at a time when funds are declining from the State. He is a feckless self-promoter. He was a good fit in the State of Oregon where Antifa and other scum are allowed to destroy cities and destroy private property while being protected by the State and Local Governments. Screw F. King and the State of Oregon.

I'm not arguing with you, but what do you mean by this? Did FKA do something bad when he was here?

No. Oregon State understands the difference between a juvenile and an adult.
