I've had season tickets for 25 years. Usually have to miss 1 or 2 games a year because of work or family obligations. For the last few years under Miles I couldn't give the tickets away, this year under Coach O, I had to miss the Missouri and Mississippi games and had no trouble selling the tickets. Ed Orgeron brought the excitement back to LSU

Yes, his long, historical record of success as a HC certainly bodes well for us! I'm glad we fought off all of the other schools bidding for his services.

It wasn't Coach Miles but the negative attitude here in Louisiana that caused the problem . Any new hire creates a certain amount of optimisim until he loses three in a row , then shoulda woulda ,coulda kicks in and you are back to the negative attitude that caused the problem in the first place ! Looking for another coach , we lucked up and did well this time ! But shoulda woulda ,coulda is still lurking ! A coach has to have back up in the state coach O has it !

What you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Yeah, losing at home to a 14 point underdog was exciting as hell.

Hmmm. A lot, actually.

I have a wife and two kids whom I absolutely love. I have quite a few friends with whom I enjoy spending time.

I have a dog that is simultaneously fun and annoying.

I like to read.

I have a job that keeps me pretty damn busy. I also do some pro bono work.

I'm involved in a few boards/fundraising groups, mainly for arts-related activities.

I like to cook occasionally (mainly on the weekends when I have some time).

Pretty far down on my list is LSU football, and while it doesn't really affect my personal life, I do tend to have some strong opinions on it. I occasionally post those opinions on this board.

How about you?

BC it was a breath of fresh air from the previous regime. No rational person would have thought that we fire a NC winning coach to hire the Dline coach with a horrendous previous HC resume to be our permanent coach. There's no way that could happen could it.

But then O dropped the binder on Aleva, and the rest is history..

He certainly has. Players, coaches and fans of rival schools are all ecstatic about this hire. I got laughed at today in my office by my co-workers who went to rival SEC schools. They are giddy as hell that LSU will remain a nonfactor in the SEC West.
