Sense we are on the verge of being rational. Let me ask you a serious question, give an honest answer. Is Alabama's offense better this year without Mark Ingram, Julio Jones and your senior quarterback?

It is something a bama/auburn fan wouldn't understand. We have a legitimate beef with how some calls have gone in the state of Alabama. The peterson int was pretty bad but I still don't think LSU would have scored. Bama d was playing lights out and we weren't driving it after Scott broke his collarbone.

I personally don't think any calls in bama games have cost LSU but some against Auburn have been horrendous. No PI one year when doucett was clearly interfered with and we block an EP and get called for some bs leverage call that I haven't seen but maybe once since.

Call me craxy, but I really think they are! Richardson is better than Ingram...I used to not agree with this butI do now.

We definitely miss Julio but we do not need a big time WR like him...Maze and Hanks are good enough for what we do on O.

We won a NC with a first year starter in 09 and I believe we can do it again with AJ. There is no denying that AJ is more talented than Greg. The question was is AJ gonna be able to not turn it over...THUS FAR he has only 3 picks I think. One of them being a tipped ball that should have been caught.

Bama got royally screwed by a non PI call down in Baton Rouge in the Shula days. Just sayin..

We all know that the refs in this game will be looking at any reason to throw a flag on the Tigers. If LSU is going to lose this game, it will because of late hits and other penalty calls.

Our fans have become such pussies here since the Auburn game.

So you think that your offense is better? Really! Seriously? I don't. But I know that LSU is much improved and we won last year. If the defense is a wash, then what does that tell you?

I don't think the D's are a wash. I think our D is better. I'm not flaming...I'm just being honest. I don't see Randle getting behind our DB's and I dont see Ware and Ford gashing us. I dont see LSU scoring more than 17 points in this game. Will Bama? I think so but I can't be for sure.

and I don't think you can tie last year's game directly to this year's game. This is two totally different teams. See SECCG's in 08 and 09

Seriously was that the game that broke bamas win streak in TS? If so I say that was a great play by Travis Daniels(I think that's who it was)

I just hope the refs let them play, No BS holding calls on the backside of plays, PI calls, taunting etc. Lets face it both sides are going to be talking smack the whole game.

we should just lobby to get some Big 10 officials for the game. It's a win/win. We could celebrate all we wanted then AND have a fair called game

LSU was the better team that day. LSU/any other team would not have beaten bama in the bowl game. To me last year was a classic example showing how hard it is to get 18-22 yr olds to have the same desire they had when they won the national championship. If LSU gets past bama and runs the table they will have the same problem next year.

I hate it. I don't mind some but every play is just too much.

that actually is a pretty good idea. For a game of this magnitude to have there homer refs calling the game is an outrage. Why wouldn't the SEC go for that? Doubt a Big 10 crew would play favorites.

Thats something I forgot to mention to Ricky. Bama was not "hungry" last year at all. They seemed a little full of themselves and content because of the NC in 09. You can't coach that out of them no matter how hard you try.

You could see the concern Saban had about that prior to the season. I remember he said LSU has us circled on their schedule...you have to get focused etc and that was in August.

LSU broke the streak in 2000.

The no-call PI was 2004.

The refs tried to frick LSU in 2000 fwiw, but they didn't get away with it.
