LSU has problems, but let’s have patience and see if they figure it out.

Miss St also just looked like they wanted this series way more.

This team has talent , but not every year can be dominant like last year.
The SEC also appears to be VERY deep this year outside of Missouri.

There is also a possibility that this is a down season. I don’t think so, but after last year I can live with.

LSU’s going to settle down and find their groove. Unfortunately the next four series is going to be a gauntlet so they need to stay away from going 4-8 or worse.

Everyone wants to gloss over this point. Winning the first road series is tough.
There are decades of data to prove this.

Lsu will prob beat florida 2 out of 3 next weekend

number 12 TCU got swept by OU at home to lose their 2nd conference series of the year
They dropped 2 of 3 of the road to Kansas on the road last week in their Big 12 series opener

neither team Kansas or OU were ranked in the top 25

I think they need to be 6-9 after the first 5 series. It gets better after that. Hosting a regional would still be in play with the second half schedule. Anything worse and we could be in trouble.

Don’t be reasonable here. We lost the first conference series on the road against a good team. Obviously the season is lost and we should quit and wait for next season.

Nope, that was played in Oxford. I see you are such a big ole Miss baseball fan that you didn’t even know where they played this weekend.

An SEC team has won the National Title 5 of the last 6 years. Hell Moo State won 3 years ago.

This is a tough conference to win in, especially on the road.

Not going to stress about it.

LSU, Auburn, and Georgia. Missouri lost a game by 8 and South Carolina lost a game by 9. That enough for you?
