How about you visit Europe and spend a week or so over there. You'll find out very quickly that their lifestyle and our lifestyle are worlds apart. It starts with their diet. They don't eat as many fatty foods as we do and their organic shite isn't injected full of chemicals like ours is. They also generally walk everywhere because cities are not as spread out in Europe as they are here in North America. Most of what they need is within walking distance of their residence.

Look at the ingredients in the food and drinks you’re consuming.

Spent a lot of time all over Western Europe. Things that I observed:
1.The food is fresher and less preservatives are used. Most governments
have restrictions on preservatives and additives to food that he US does
not have.
2. People are generally more active, with bicyclists all over the place - young
and old.
3. Portion size - much less than Americans.
4. They work less hours per week and have many more company paid
vacation days, equating to less stress.
