Since he only had 4Ks in 17 ABs it's almost like he needs to swing through more instead of pulling and so he's not getting as much contact. His problem is fixable with a *ahem* batting coach.

No he wasn’t. He got lucky on the fielders choice groundout to first. His other two strikeouts were some of the worst at bats I’ve ever seen. Loved beloso last year but something is wrong there. Hopefully a new coaching staff can come in and get him out of his head/fix his hitting approach.

I think he started seeing the ball better as the game went on. Lined out to 1B his AB in the 6th after a foul tip, and his last AB was the fielder choice RBI.
